Broadway Gym Careers Broadway Gymnastics School is always looking for part-time and full-time coaches for our recreational, pre-school, special education and competitive team programs. The girls team is specifically looking for a coach with expertise in spotting optional level bars, vault & tumbling. The boys team is looking for developmental through compulsory team coaches. We are seeking individuals with the following characteristics: -High energy and positive attitude -A desire to motivate children to achieve their personal best -Good communication, organization & class management skills -Have passion for gymnastics, teaching, fitness and love for children of all ages -Self-motivated and dependable -Must be a team player -A desire to learn and better oneself A high level of gymnastics experience is not necessary for all programs.
